Why Join a Home Builder Association?

What your HBA has to offer

Many of my customers ask me why they should join their local home builder association and what they would be getting for their money. At first glance, all they see are membership fees, monthly meetings and dinners.  To be sure, the monthly meetings NAHB_logoand dinners focus on education and networking, but there is much more going on.

Activities in Congress, federal agencies, the courts, and state and local governments affect the housing industry. The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is actively involved on many fronts to make sure that housing remains a priority in the public policy arena. Membership in a local HBA automatically includes NAHB membership.
